The first phase of sales for the FIFA Women's World Cup Germany 2011 ™ has begun on the 29th of October 2009. Up until the 6th of December 2009 you can apply for so-called “Venue Specific Tickets” (VSTs). All applications received during this period are then allocated tickets. Should demand exceed the available supply; the allocation of tickets will be based on a random lottery. It does not matter whether the application is received at the beginning or end of the sales period. Each correctly completed order has the same chance of success. Please take your time to browse through the entire shop, in the section "Key Points" the most important provisions for ordering tickets have been listed for you, please read them carefully.

What is a Venue Specific Ticket (VST)?
A Venue Specific Ticket secures admission to all matches from the FIFA Women‘s World Cup 2011, taking place in a specific city. Only in Frankfurt are there two different VST’s on offer, A VST consisting of 4 matches, including the Final, and a VST consisting of 3 matches without the Final. A VST is not available for Berlin as it is only the venue for the opening match.

Venue Specific Tickets consist of the best, publicly available, seats in their specific categories. Additionally you can save 10€ per VST when compared to single seats. VST are only available during the initial sales phase.

An attractive offer for Familys and Children:
There are concessions available for Venue Specific Tickets in all price categories for children and young people under 17 years of age.

What you should remember:

A maximum of six tickets per customer per venue specific
Only six tickets per customer may be requested in the first sales period for a city series. All orders which exceed this maximum will be subsequently excluded from the allocation. A request for concessions tickets must contain at least one ticket at the standard (full) price.

Choice of an alternate price level
After you have selected the city, and the price level you which to apply for, you are also able to define your willingness to accept an alternative price level (the next higher or lower) just in case your preferred price category should no longer be available.

Purchase obligation
Ticket orders sent by the customer cannot be subsequently amended or withdrawn. The assertion of inalienable, legal revocation, warranty and rights contestation remain unaffected.
